By creating an account, signing in with Apple, or otherwise using HealthFaster, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

HealthFaster is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider before beginning, modifying, or ending any fasting protocol — particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, have diabetes, take medication, or have any chronic medical condition.

Intermittent fasting can be harmful for people with — or at risk of — eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, or orthorexia. HealthFaster includes safeguards (minimum fast duration, recommended eating windows, and stop-fast prompts), but the app is not suitable for users with a current or past eating disorder, or for users at elevated risk.

If you are struggling, please reach out for help. In the United States, the National Alliance for Eating Disorders helpline is available at 1-866-662-1235.

You must be at least 13 years old to use HealthFaster. Health and fasting tracking features are recommended only for users aged 17 and older. If you are under 18, you should use HealthFaster only with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or healthcare provider.

• HealthFaster offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions for premium features. Pricing is shown in the app prior to purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms; HealthFaster does not issue refunds directly.

• Provide accurate information when using the app.
• Keep your Apple ID secure and do not share access to your account.
• Stop your fast and seek medical attention if you experience concerning symptoms such as dizziness, fainting, chest pain, or severe weakness.
• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes and do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute it.

All content, design, text, graphics, code, trademarks, and the HealthFaster name and logo are owned by HealthFaster or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written permission.

HealthFaster is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about health outcomes, weight changes, accuracy of metabolic-stage estimates, or the uninterrupted availability of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthFaster and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or health-related damages — including but not limited to outcomes attributable to fasting — arising from your use of the app.

You may stop using HealthFaster at any time and delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app's Settings. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
