Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Gift Wizard regarding your use of the Gift Wizard iOS app and related services. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Gift Wizard is a personal gift-planning assistant. It stores recipient profiles, important dates, and gift ideas, and surfaces reminders and AI-generated suggestions to help you give thoughtfully. Gift Wizard is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

You may sign in with Apple or continue without an account. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your device secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

• Gift Wizard offers optional premium subscriptions billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions from iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy.
• Pricing and features of premium tiers may change with notice. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the app or its supporting infrastructure.
• Upload content that infringes others' rights or contains malicious code.

Gift Wizard surfaces AI-generated gift ideas based on the context you provide. Suggestions are informational only — we do not guarantee availability, pricing, accuracy, or suitability of any specific product. You are solely responsible for purchasing and delivering gifts.

The Gift Wizard name, logo, app, and underlying software are owned by Gift Wizard and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes only.

Recipient profiles, notes, and other content you create remain yours.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated suggestions will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gift Wizard and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app message or app update. Continued use of the app after changes take effect indicates acceptance.
